All about Linux: Cheat Sheet For Networking Professionals

    I'm working in IBM as a Tech Support Executive for an Internet Service
    Provider. Its an Inbound Call Center profile. I'm want to seek career
    in Linux as a Tech Support Executive. (NOT as a Linux System
    Administrator)

    I have a dilemma - What scope do I have in India if I pursue such
    Linux Professional Certification. Do we have any BPO which supports
    such Tech Executive profile???

    Please help.
